We cannot accept exchange of products or return of products for refund unless the products receive is defect or it is default items. Customer must contact us at info@matthias.com.my or 04-226 2998 within 3working days from the date of receipt of the defect or default items in order to allow us to investigate your complaints.
Customer shall return goods at his/her own cost. Matthias (Sense Perfect Aesthetics Sdn Bhd) will not responsible if your shipment is lost during shipment return transit.
